We are looking for an experienced Salesforce expert to join our team, specifically to assist a client with customizing their Salesforce instance, optimizing integrations, and enhancing reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Customize and optimize fields, objects, and workflows to align with business processes Set up and refine reports and dashboards for actionable insights Configure and troubleshoot integrations and APIs with third-party tools Ensure best practices for data management, automation, and user experience Provide recommendations for system improvements and efficiency Nice to Have: Experience with Flow automation, Apex, or Lightning Components Strong understanding of best practices for data hygiene and security Ability to provide basic training to help the team use Salesforce more effectively Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Developer Strong expertise in custom objects, workflows, process automation, and validation rules Experience with integrations, APIs, and third-party applications Ability to create and optimize reports and dashboards Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus Additional Information: Since this role involves working with an existing Salesforce setup, we’d love to hear about your experience with different Salesforce editions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and common integrations.
