Job Title: Web Developer for Custom Job Board & Educational Content Platform Job Type: Contract/Freelance Location: Remote Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced web developer to design and build a fully functional job board and educational content platform. The platform should allow employers to post job listings, job seekers to create profiles and apply for jobs, and an admin panel for managing users and listings. Additionally, the site should enable educators to post educational content and candidates to pay for access to this content. The ideal candidate has experience in developing job board platforms or similar websites with user authentication, search and filtering capabilities, and payment integration. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop a responsive job board and educational content platform with a modern, user-friendly interface. Implement user authentication and role-based access (job seekers, employers, educators, and admins). Develop job posting and application features, including resume uploads and direct applications. Implement search, filtering, and categorization for job listings and educational content. Integrate payment gateways for job post promotions, premium listings, and educational content purchases. Enable educators to upload and manage paid educational content securely. Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. Provide documentation and brief training on how to manage and update the platform. Requirements: Proven experience in web development, preferably in job board, marketplace, or e-learning websites. Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, Angular, PHP, Python, or Node.js. Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Knowledge of SEO best practices and website security measures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with WordPress job board plugins (if considering a WordPress-based solution). Prior work on recruitment or HR tech platforms. Experience in e-learning platforms and content monetization. Knowledge of cloud hosting and deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
