We are launching a digital product business on Etsy, leveraging AI to automate 90% of the operations. Our goal is to build a system that requires minimal human intervention while efficiently processing customer orders. The business involves customers submitting pet photos, which will be automatically edited, enhanced, and placed into destination images. The final images will then be sent back to the customers via email. We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist with expertise in setting up end-to-end workflow automation, integrating AI tools, and implementing APIs for a hands-off business model. Key Responsibilities: • Workflow Design & Implementation: Build a fully automated system that handles order intake, image processing, and delivery. • Email & Order Processing Automation: Set up integrations with Etsy, Gmail, or other email services to retrieve customer-submitted images automatically. • Image Processing Automation: Implement AI tools such as: o Remove.bg API for background removal o Let’s Enhance or DeepAI API for image enhancement o Canva API for adding effects (e.g., drop shadow) and inserting images into templates • File Management & Storage: Automate the organization and retrieval of processed images (e.g., cloud storage, Google Drive, or AWS). • Email Response Automation: Ensure customers receive their completed images automatically via email. • Scalability & Optimization: Optimize the workflow for speed and cost-efficiency, ensuring it can scale with increased order volume. • Testing & Debugging: Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure smooth execution. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in AI automation, API integrations, and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, etc.). • Experience with Etsy API or e-commerce integrations is a plus. • Proficiency in setting up AI-based image processing tools. • Strong understanding of cloud storage and file management automation. • Ability to build a low-maintenance, high-efficiency system with minimal human oversight.
