Our Start-up client in the Cannabis industry is looking to hire the fourth Software Engineer to the team! They are looking for someone that is ready to hit the ground running with endless opportunity for growth, promotion, and adapting to the newest technologies. They are looking for someone that is not afraid to try new things, give input, or shift to emerging technologies, when required. This position is fully remote. The job description/duties may change as they are a start up. 3-5+ years of experience as a professional software developer working with a team. 2+ years working with Typescript or another statically typed language. Also, open to Node, Java, Go, Scala or any other backend language. Able to both give and receive feedback to peers and managers Able to work in a start-up type environment and open to learning new technologies on the fly (If you do not know a new technology you will have time to learn!) Bonus points Previous startup experience. Experience with CloudFormation or other Infrastructure as Code solutions. Experience building GraphQL APIs. Experience with React applications. Experience with Python and data science tools
