We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer (or a team) to build a real estate investment platform similar to Arrived.com. Our business model allows investors to buy fractional ownership in rental properties, earn passive income, and build wealth through real estate. This project requires expertise in developing secure, scalable, and user-friendly platforms that support real estate transactions, investor management, and financial reporting. Scope of Work 1. Investor Portal: User registration and onboarding (KYC & AML compliance) Investor dashboard to track holdings, earnings, and portfolio performance Automated payout distributions (monthly/quarterly) Document storage for investment agreements and tax forms (K-1s, 1099s) 2. Property Listings & Investment Process: Admin dashboard to list properties with financial breakdowns (price, expected ROI, rental yield, appreciation potential) Fractional ownership purchasing system Live funding progress bar for each property Automated share allocation based on investment amount Property performance tracking (rental income, expenses, appreciation) 3. Payment & Financial Integration: Secure payment processing (Stripe, Plaid, ACH, credit/debit card support) Investor earnings distribution and withdrawal functionality Escrow system for handling property transactions Tax reporting and compliance integration 4. Legal & Compliance Features: Digital signing of investment agreements (DocuSign API or similar) Automated generation of legal documents for investors Compliance with SEC regulations for fractional ownership offerings 5. User Experience & Design: Clean, intuitive UI similar to Arrived.com Mobile-friendly and responsive web design Secure login with two-factor authentication (2FA) 6.
