We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong creative eye and exceptional UI design skills, who also understands the foundations of user experience. You’ll be instrumental in shaping beautiful, intuitive, and scalable enterprise level product interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Design and iterate on modern, responsive UI solutions for complex SaaS products Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design intent and explore new ideas Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to turn insights into elegant interface designs Apply UX principles to inform design decisions, balancing form and function Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of our design system and visual language Take ownership of end-to-end design work across features and workflows Work closely with the Design Manager and fellow designers to ensure consistency, share feedback, and grow your design skills through active mentorship and peer collaboration Bring fresh ideas and visual innovation to the table—surprising and delighting users with elegant design Facilitate and participate in feedback sessions, design critiques, and stakeholder reviews Advocate for the user while aligning design work with business goals and technical constraints What We’re Looking For: Design and iterate on modern, responsive UI solutions for complex enterprise level products Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design intent and explore new ideas Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to turn insights into elegant interface designs Apply UX principles to inform design decisions, balancing form and function Contribute to the development and ongoing evolution of our existing design system and visual language Take ownership of end-to-end design work across features and workflows Work closely with the Lead UX Designer and fellow designers to ensure consistency, share feedback, and grow your design skills through active mentorship and peer collaboration Bring fresh ideas and visual innovation to the table—surprising and delighting users with elegant design Facilitate and participate in feedback sessions, design critiques, and stakeholder reviews Advocate for the user while aligning design work with business goals and technical constraints Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience (or equivalent design work that demonstrates readiness) Advanced experience with Figma, including component creation, prototyping, auto layout, and working with shared libraries or design systems Associates or Bachelors Degree in a design related field Experience designing for enterprise, B2B SaaS products Bonus: Experience working in the cyber security industry Bonus: Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI tools, AI-powered design workflows, or designing for AI-powered features
