We are adding to our existing team of freelance professionals in the area of Virtual Assistance. This Specific Job (Budget $400) is probationary; with trial time frame is four months. We are searching for the right Virtual Assistant, capable of consistently performing at a professional level for successful social media promotion and marketing to improve and maintain monthly book sales. Should you have sufficient professional skills, the quality of your work proves equal to or better than what we’re looking for, and you possess a supportive and cooperative attitude, as well as necessary interpersonal levels of communication, then there is a long term opportunity for promoting and marketing, launching a 3 book series every 3 to 4 months for an extended professional relationship. Projected Growth Utilizing Social Media Email and Ad Campaigns • Manage the Nicky Wylder Facebook profile, the Nicky Wylder Publishing business page, and create and manage Facebook ad campaigns during a Four Month Trial Period. • Create and Post Market Research Surveys to the Nicky Wylder Publishing Facebook Page, as well as include them in weekly Newsletter emails. The goal being to determine the most desired tropes and global conflicts, guiding the focus of future books. Growth Projection During that Four Month Trial Period • Create engaging promotional and marketing email campaigns, utilizing Mailer Lite, Book Funnel, Book Sprout, and Book Clicker, to Build an Email List of 5,000+ as quickly as possible. • Achieve 1,000 likes/follows for the Nicky Wylder Facebook profile, and Nicky Wylder Publishing page within the Four Month Trial Period. Current Job – Complete Weekly Tasks: • Send out one email per week, inviting ARC Reviewers to Read the book of current focus. • Send out two separate emails per week promoting the current upcoming book launch. • Continued interfacing with authors on the Facebook FPA Newsletter Swaps Community, and other such Book Clubs and Swap Communities on Facebook, as well as in Book Clicker. • Check on ARC Reviewers activity in Book Sprout, and make sure the reviews from those who have received books are submitting reviews within the seven day deadline. • Enter Promo/Marketing Posts to the Nicky Wylder Publishing Facebook Page, Create and Manage Facebook Ads campaigns. • Critical: If you are not capable, or if you do not want to perform these tasks on a weekly basis, DON’T apply for this Job. Required VA Skills and Expertise: • Fluent in speaking and writing American English. • Professional Work Ethic; thinking ahead to provide expert insights and recommendations to streamline production systems, proficient in consistently meeting deadlines on time. • Available and Communicative, Forthright sharing of Pertinent, and Insightful Information. • Experienced with Self-Publishing Apps and Website Subscriptions. • Preparing book manuscripts for publishing; formatting and publishing books to Amazon Kindle, with Paperback, and Audible formats as well. • Developing engaging promotional and marketing email campaigns, utilizing Mailer Lite, Book Funnel, Book Sprout, and Book Clicker, and others to build an Email List of 5,000+ as quickly as possible. • Effectively generate sales activity and 50+ reviews momentum during a 30 day book launch, for three existing books, and new books as they become ready for marketing. • Working with other team members to improve on our existing publishing system protocols. Required Prior experience with the following publishing services: • Proficient in Amazon Kindle, KDP, and Kindle Unlimited, Paperback, and Audible Formatting and Publishing protocols. • Utilization of Formatting Apps, Mailer Lite, Book Funnel, Book Sprout, and Book Clicker. • Set up of Face Book business pages, proficient utilization of Facebook Meta Ads • Posting to Face Book business pages for building fan base and to Market the Nicky Wylder Pen Name and promote visitation for the Book Catalogue page of NickyWylder.com. • Utilization of Google Ads to promote website portfolio of authored e-books, paperbacks, and audible books. • Zoom interview, plus NDA contract are required. Plus Category Experiences: • Proficient in Fiction Profits Academy (FPA) methodology of e-book, paperback, and audible formatting and publishing. • Experience using Weebly Website Creator/Editor to Develop Professional Author Website for the purpose of establishing Pen Names and Funneling sales activity to the Book Catalogue page. • Prior experience with YouTube promotion and marketing. • Domain and professional level Email integrations. • Utilization of Draft2Digital, Publishing Altitude, Prolific Works.
