We are seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to provide exceptional client-facing assistance for small healthcare practices. Your role will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and utilizing our tools, templates, and systems to increase their lead flow in the practice. Responsibilities include: Post and update Google Business Profiles (using our tools) Publish SEO blog posts (written by our SEO writers) Outreach to referral partners (we provide scripts) Review Google Ads campaign data (run by our team) Meet with a small group of clients each month Follow step-by-step SOPs and complete recurring tasks Communicate in fluent, friendly English You're a fit if you: Follow instructions carefully and take pride in detailed work Love checklists, systems, and organized marketing processes Are fluent in English (written + spoken) Have a quiet space to take video meetings if needed Have a great customer experience personality and strategic mind Perks: Long-term stable work (10–30 hours/week to start) Easy-to-follow tasks + training 100% remote, flexible work hours If you have experience in marketing and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
