Are you a creative social media enthusiast with a knack for producing captivating content? We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven part-time Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing team and help elevate our brand across all platforms. We're seeking someone who can think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Your creativity will be essential as you work on a diverse range of content, including reels, carousel posts, stats, quotes, and more. Responsibilities: - Create and curate high-quality, creative, and engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online conversations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all social media channels. - Work with our video editor to create viral video content. - Upload videos to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. - Promote and run prelaunch campaigns on social media to build buzz and drive sign-ups for our business programs. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including their algorithms, features, and best practices. - Copywriting and creative skills with the ability to craft compelling and concise social media content using AI. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with online communities and respond to inquiries and comments. We're in the business niche, and all content will be business related. We currently have a YouTube channel with over 1.4M subs and looking to expand our reach through social media. NOTE: This is a part-time role starting at 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours based on performance and impact. We’d be happy to offer an above-average pay rate if you do well, along with bonuses for viral content that drives growth and boosts our social media presence.
