We’re a grassroots apparel brand that creates bold, conversation-starting designs centered around social justice, feminism, LGBTQ+ pride, and activism. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and socially conscious Influencer Campaign Manager to lead a micro-influencer campaign, starting with our Pride-focused drop this June. This role involves end-to-end campaign management: identifying relevant influencers, reaching out, coordinating communication, organizing product gifting, and ensuring content gets delivered. There’s a possible future opportunity to expand into ongoing campaign work throughout the year for other collections and moments. Responsibilities: * Research and identify micro-influencers (1k–50k followers) aligned with our brand values (activism, pride, feminism, progressive causes) * Reach out to influencers and pitch collaboration ideas * Manage influencer relationships and campaign communications * Coordinate logistics: selecting items to send, handling shipping details, and tracking deliveries * Collect and track content deliverables (photos, videos, stories, etc.) * Provide regular progress updates * Suggest creative ideas and influencer incentives (codes, commissions, giveaways, etc.) Ideal Candidate: * Passionate about progressive causes and social change * Experienced in influencer campaign management (especially apparel or mission-based brands) * Confident with outreach, follow-up, and relationship management * Organized and proactive communicator * Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok from a marketing standpoint * Bonus: knowledge of UGC, affiliate marketing, or viral campaigns Project Scope & Timeline: * Start in late April and finish July 1 * Focused on June Pride campaign * Potential for future campaigns depending on performance Please include with your proposal: * Any relevant past experience or portfolio links
