Position Overview We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our online presence across key digital channels. This role requires expertise in social media management, email marketing, paid media & SEO, with a passion for driving engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. Social Media Management • Develop and execute a content strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). • Plan and schedule posts, ensuring brand consistency and engagement optimization. • Monitor trends, engage with the community, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy. • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging across all digital touchpoints. 2. Email Marketing • Build and execute email campaigns focused on customer engagement, retention, and conversions. • Segment email lists to personalize messaging and improve open/click-through rates. • Optimize email automation, drip campaigns, and A/B testing for continuous improvement. • Track key performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data insights. 3. Paid Media & SEO • Develop and manage paid digital campaigns across Google & Meta Ads. • Optimize ad spend, targeting, and creatives for maximum ROI. • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement SEO best practices. Preferred Qualifications & Skills • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, email, and paid media. • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms. • Working knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bonus: Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) to create visually engaging content.
