ABOUT SYNC N Sync N is a breakthrough fitness and wellness app designed to align movement and nutrition with the phases of the female menstrual cycle. We're flipping the narrative on women's health, backed by science, grounded in empowerment, and led by experts. Our founding team includes an exercise physiologist, a registered dietitian, and our CEO, a former professional dancer with experience at Meta, Roblox, and multiple startups, bringing together deep expertise in movement, tech, and innovation. Together, we’re here to revolutionize how women move, eat, and connect with their bodies. The app is about to go live and we’re looking for founding fitness coaches to help us lead the charge. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We're seeking exceptional NYC-based Founding Fitness Instructors to be the face, energy, and expertise behind our digital presence. You’ll co-create Sync N’s fitness offerings with our CEO, developing classes tailored to the phases of the menstrual cycle, follicular, ovulation, luteal, and menstrual. These will include strength, stretch, recovery, and alignment-focused movement built on a deep respect for female physiology. WHAT YOU’LL DO -Co-create cycle-synced fitness programming with our founder -Film high-quality workouts in-person for our app and social platforms -Show up online. Be featured in social media, lives, educational reels -Collaborate with an expert team of health professionals to ensure our programming is cutting-edge and holistic -Empower women to reconnect with their bodies through intelligent movement -Help shape Sync N’s tone, brand voice, and community as a founding team member WHAT YOU BRING -Deep expertise in fitness -Extensive knowledge of women’s bodies and hormones and how to adapt movement to support each phase of the cycle. -Experience teaching group fitness or personal training with exceptional cueing and form corrections -Strong on-camera presence and confidence leading online classes -A passion for changing the narrative around women’s health and wellness -NYC-based and available for regular filming -Open to equity-based compensation and excited to join a startup on the ground floor -Creative, collaborative, and ready to work hard, dive deep, and show up for women -Bonus: Certifications in Pilates, fascia/stretch training or related specialties WHY JOIN US?
