We are a growing direct-to-consumer vitamin brand seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to oversee our Instagram and Facebook presence. This is a monthly contract role focused on managing our content creation pipeline and marketing partners, ensuring consistent, engaging, and effective social media and email campaigns. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate with platforms like Feedbird, which provide each month: - 10 Instagram/Facebook posts (5 carousels) - 4 short-form videos - 10 story images - 2 branded emails - 2 blog posts - 100–400+ relevant new followers per month - Source and submit video briefs to platforms like Billo for UGC video creation - Coordinate product photo shoots with Soona when needed - Use AI product photography tools (e.g., Flair AI, Unstudio AI) to generate lifestyle and supplemental content - Collaborate with Aimenity or Lucyd Agency to align ad creatives with organic content and supply necessary assets - Schedule, post, and manage blogs and emails provided by Feedbird - Respond to DMs and engage with followers across both platforms - Track analytics and provide monthly performance reporting with insights and improvement suggestions - Maintain and update a shared Google Sheet/Doc scheduler for content planning and approval - Attend biweekly check-in calls via Google Meet to review performance and plan ahead Deliverables (Monthly): - Manage all Feedbird deliverables and ensure brand alignment - Submit and track UGC content (3-5 videos per month) via Billo or similar platforms - Provide AI-generated product visuals for ongoing content use - Ensure all social and email content is scheduled, posted, and monitored - Respond to community comments and DMs up to 5 days per week - Coordinate with Aimenity twice monthly for ad strategy and asset delivery - Maintain a shared scheduling tool for team visibility and approvals - Provide a monthly analytics and performance report Requirements: - Experience managing social media and email marketing for DTC brands - Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook trends, algorithms, and best practices - Familiarity with tools such as Feedbird, Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, Google Sheets/Docs/Meet, and AI content tools (Flair AI, Midjourney, etc.) - Ability to write clear, engaging copy in a wellness-focused tone - Organized, proactive, and responsive - Available for biweekly calls and consistent communication Compensation: This is a monthly retainer role. Please include your flat monthly rate along with examples of past work that reflect your ability to manage and execute a multi-channel social strategy.
