We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Collateral Assistant to help with writing and editing a variety of marketing materials on an as-needed, part-time basis. Projects will vary but may include: •Writing and formatting case studies, whitepapers, and client presentations •Creating or refreshing sales collateral for two different business practices •Editing and polishing existing marketing content We are looking for someone we can call on for small projects as they come up so hours may be inconsistent but likely around 5 hours per week to start. Must be a strong writer with a good eye for layout, tone, and brand consistency. Bonus if you’ve worked with B2B or professional services before. Requirements: •Strong portfolio of marketing collateral (please include samples!) •Must be proficient with Canva, Google Slides, Google Docs/Sheets, Figma is a plus •Experience writing for B2B audiences •Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required •Able to work independently and meet deadlines •Available to take on occasional, quick-turnaround projects This contract would be great for someone who wants flexible, part-time freelance work and enjoys crafting clean, compelling marketing content.
