Our work spans commercial and non-profit sectors, and we primarily partner with HR/People & Culture leaders, Executive Directors, and Program Operators. Most of our business comes through referrals, repeat clients, and speaking at industry events—testament to the value we deliver and the relationships we build. The Role We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead and support our digital marketing efforts. This role is central to showcasing our brand, elevating partner success stories, nurturing client relationships, and connecting with future clients. You will be the main point of contact for all digital marketing initiatives and support the team in the following areas: Key Responsibilities 1. Email Marketing Craft and send one thoughtful, high-value email per week to our subscriber list. Content will include a mix of thought leadership, upcoming events, client success stories, resources, and team spotlights. Focus on building a strong, engaged email community. 2. LinkedIn Marketing Develop and post 3–4 engaging LinkedIn posts per week across Reimagine Talent and the CEO’s page. Manage community engagement and highlight relevant opportunities for CEO involvement. 3. Event Marketing Support the creation of marketing collateral before and after speaking engagements and executive roundtables. Help maximize visibility and engagement for each event. 4. Data & Insights Monitor engagement trends and performance across digital platforms. Share insights monthly and offer proactive, data-informed ideas to strengthen our marketing approach. Make light updates to our website as needed (e.g., new team members, events, media features). What We’re Looking For Experience in B2B or service-based businesses is required. Strategic Storyteller with a marketing-savvy mindset and a flair for writing with clarity, purpose, and persuasion. AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work, while upholding standards for ethical and inclusive communication. Self-Starter who takes initiative, meets deadlines, and follows through with excellence. Collaborative Spirit who understands their individual impact and values being part of a mission-driven team. Additional Details This is a contract role with growth potential. After a 6-month alignment period and demonstrated strong performance, this role may evolve into a part-time opportunity. Must be open to attending two in-person strategic team meetings per year (in NYC or North Carolina; all travel expenses covered).
