We're looking for a versatile personal assistant passionate about beauty, self-care, and mental health. You must be well versed in all things Social Media & Video/Photo Editing. If you are an introvert who is passionate about storytelling, video editing, and all things content creation, this role might be a good fit for you. When you apply, include the word ‘blue’ and tell me about your previous experience. ** You are required to have experience with posting content for your own projects or for other brands, and experience with mobile video editors (capcut, social media native video editors). ** must be actively in-tune with social media culture, lingo, trending topics, and sounds. Specifically for Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube Shorts. You will need to assist me in editing, scheduling, and uploading a minimum of 3 posts a day. You will play a vital role in the productivity of the business including roles like editing & uploading videos consistently, generating views, converting views to sales, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with our brand's online community. Some Essential Duties & Responsibilities include: *being given influencer footage to edit videos that have engaging pacing, graphics, texts and trending sounds *follow our viral organic, sales-optimized video editing formulas & techniques *Hashtag & keyword research for best possible captions *scheduling & uploading videos *uploading the same videos across 6 different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest, & Snapchat) *ensuring the overall color, mood, & aesthetic of our social media accounts is cohesive *editing our spontaneous reply videos to answer the community's frequently asked questions about products *stay up to date with best practices & each respective platform's community guidelines *generating views & sales by engaging with the audience & community *working as a team with 2 other creators to produce the best content possible. Requirements: *Fluent or Native in the English Language *Proven experience as a content creator *Competent in cinematography fundamentals, lighting, and all CapCut mobile editing features *Results driven, sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Competent in the difference in social media cultures (i.e TikTok culture vs Instagram culture vs Youtube culture) Screen Questions: Are you available to post more than 3 times a day? Describe your experience working in content creation & social media management What video editors & photo editors are you familiar with? *Cover letter required Other details: Payment Terms: *This is an entry level position Payment Structure Is As Follows: Base: $300 / month Commissions: 25% of Sales + 25% of Youtube AdSense (this is where the big $ is made) The monthly retainer increases as the company grows & the longer we work together. Work Hours Expectations: This requires 3 - 4 hours of work a day, depending on post volume. 1 hour = 1 post. This includes tasks like: (1) editing the footage given to you (2) captioning & hashtagging (3) uploading the same video across the 6 core social media platforms Work at any time of the day that works best for you.
