We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow the digital presence of a high-impact organization across the major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X/Twitter. What You’ll Do: • Create and execute content calendars across all platforms • Design and post engaging, on-brand content (graphics, video, copy) • Manage day-to-day platform activity: posting, scheduling, responding, monitoring • Develop and run paid ad campaigns when needed • Track analytics and optimize content based on performance • Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates What We’re Looking For: • Strong design sensibility (Canva or Adobe Suite a plus) • Video editing skills for reels, shorts, etc. • Clear, persuasive writing skills • Experience growing accounts organically and through ads • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Details: • Remote position with flexible hours • Chance to work on meaningful projects with real impact
