Marketing Strategy for Proptech (Real Estate) Start-up

Hello, I am Tony, founder of a new startup "Skyrise Wi-Fi" based out of South Florida. We specialize in installing community wi-fi for multi-family properties throughout the United States. Our focus is on middle market to luxury properties with a minimum of 100+ units. Our target demographics are decision makers at real estate developer and property owner organizations. We're looking for someone to help build our social media marketing plan. Our first project would be to develop a script for a 2D animation video that can be used on both our website and as an advertisement on social media such as Linkedln. This role will have multiple different projects depending on need. We preferably want someone with strong real estate experience and an interest in tech. Our concept is relatively difficult to understand for those who are not very technology literate but we want to help change that.
