Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential leads in the life insurance industry. You will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads for our sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities, and helping drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies and tools (online marketing, cold calling, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and generate potential leads for life insurance sales. Prospecting: Research and target individuals and businesses who may benefit from life insurance products, and build relationships through various communication channels. Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify leads based on specific criteria, including financial needs, age, and insurance requirements, to ensure they meet company standards for sales conversion. Data Management: Maintain and update a detailed CRM system with accurate lead information, contact history, and conversion status. Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for lead generation and improve strategies. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide warm leads and relevant information, facilitating a seamless handoff for conversion. Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation performance, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and key insights to help optimize processes. Qualifications: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service (preferably in the financial or insurance industry). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and persuasive approach. Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems. Ability to understand and articulate the value of life insurance products to potential clients. High level of motivation, self-discipline, and a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning is a plus but not required.
