The Lemon Ad Stand is looking for a US-based Senior Digital Marketing Strategist who is an experienced, results-oriented professional with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. With a deep understanding of organic search, paid media, and web analytics, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our clients. Your expertise in Meta Ads and social media strategy will help optimize paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader digital marketing goals. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to implement marketing strategies that align with both brand and business objectives. The successful candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering measurable results across multiple digital platforms. You must stay ahead of evolving social media platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to continuously refine strategies for maximum impact. DUTIES -Develop and manage SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads strategies to drive traffic, rankings, and conversions. -Optimize and scale Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) for engagement and sales. -Conduct SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and link-building. -Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite. -Create and present reports with insights and recommendations for SEO, SEM, and paid social strategies. -Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with creative teams for optimized content and ad creatives. Mentor junior team members and ensure seamless integration of SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and content marketing. -Maintain client relationships and align strategies with business goals while managing project timelines and budgets. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS -At least 5 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing strategy, with a proven track record of success. -Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. -Strong experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Facebook, and Instagram Ads. -In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, link-building strategies, and technical SEO. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and drive results. -Excellent communication and writing skills with a focus on delivering clear, concise, and actionable reports to clients. -Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, design, and development teams to optimize content and web assets for SEO and paid social. -A customer-first approach, with a focus on delivering results that drive growth for clients. -Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a willingness to guide and support junior team members. -A keen eye for detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to succeed, especially in a remote work environment.
