Our agency, specializing in ecommerce for multiple clients, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ads Manager to oversee our Google Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns that integrate with Mailchimp and Klaviyo for seamless lead nurturing and conversion optimization. You should be comfortable with custom ecommerce platforms, in addition to typical ones like Shopify. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Campaign Management: - Develop and manage Google ad campaigns tailored to lead generation and purchase. - Monitor campaign performance and implement adjustments for optimal results. - Knowledge of protected categories, such as alcohol, tobacco and other medical items. * Integration Expertise: - Ensure smooth integration of ad campaigns with Mailchimp and Klaviyo. - Utilize these platforms to enhance ad optimization and follow-up strategies. * Reporting & Analysis: - Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights. - Analyze data to refine targeting, creative, and overall strategy. * Collaboration & Communication: - Work independently with a proactive approach; while you are not required to be on-call, prompt and responsive communication is essential. - Coordinate with our team to align campaign objectives with overall marketing strategies. - This is currently not a client-facing role, but may develop into one in the future. QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience managing Google ad campaigns, specifically for lead generation. * Strong knowledge of integrating ad campaigns with Mailchimp and Klaviyo. * Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly. * Excellent written communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work autonomously while maintaining timely responsiveness. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * This is an ongoing position with a consistent workload across various client accounts. * Flexibility to manage your schedule is allowed as long as deadlines and response times are maintained. * We value efficiency, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit. If you have a track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns and are skilled in integrating marketing automation tools, we’d love to hear from you. Please include relevant examples of past work and any case studies that demonstrate your impact on ad performance and lead generation. (Note: budget reflects current monthly budget for one client, and may adjust according to additional workload.)
