We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly engaged Social Media Manager to level up our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Discord. Who We Need We need a high-energy social media expert who can manage content, drive engagement, and build hype around our drops. Someone who understands anime culture, viral marketing trends, and audience psychology to keep our community excited and active. This role is not about creating UGC content from scratch—we already have a dedicated UGC creator for that. Instead, you’ll be curating, planning, and optimizing content while ensuring everything aligns with our brand vision and drop strategy. What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Managing Instagram, TikTok, and Discord, ensuring engagement and brand consistency ✅ Crafting and executing content calendars aligned with our drop schedule ✅ Monitoring comments, DMs, and community engagement, ensuring high responsiveness ✅ Working closely with our UGC creator and marketing team to optimize content strategy ✅ Tracking performance analytics, testing new engagement strategies, and iterating based on data ✅ Keeping up with anime trends, social media trends, and pop culture to create relevant content ✅ Supporting drop marketing, including giveaways, countdowns, and hype-building content What We’re Looking For
