I’m looking for a lead generation specialist to help me find and reach out to businesses that need social media marketing, SEO, paid ads, and content creation. The goal is to connect with decision-makers who are actively looking for these services and get them on a call with my team. This role is highly suited for two types of people: 1. New freelancers on Upwork looking for an opportunity to prove themselves and gain experience in lead generation. 2. Freelancers with a strong business network who already know business owners that could benefit from these services. I’m partnered with a high-performing digital marketing agency and am willing to offer a performance-based commission in addition to other pay structures. The better your results, the more you earn. Who We’re Targeting We’re not interested in random cold outreach. This job is about finding businesses that are actively looking for marketing services or have a clear need for them. Some examples: • E-commerce brands (Shopify, WooCommerce, online retailers looking to scale with ads) • Local businesses in high-revenue industries (restaurants, dental clinics, law firms, real estate agencies, home improvement businesses, fitness studios) • Finance and business services (financial advisors, tax professionals, consulting firms) The goal is to focus on businesses that already invest in marketing or are actively searching for a provider. What You’ll Be Doing • Utilize your network of business owners who need marketing help (if applicable) • Research and find high-intent businesses that would benefit from social media marketing, paid ads, or SEO • Conduct outreach through cold emails, calls, LinkedIn DMs, or any effective method • Book zoom calls for my team (you don’t need to sell, just get them on the call. They handle the closing.) • Track leads and outreach efforts in Google Sheets or a CRM • Follow up with potential clients to increase conversions Who You Are • Some past experience in lead generation or outreach (doesn’t have to be through Upwork) • Strong communication skills, comfortable reaching out to business owners • Self-motivated and results-driven, you should be proactive in finding and closing leads • Available for direct communication at all times for strategy adjustments • Bonus: Familiarity with Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, or other lead gen tools Compensation • Performance-based commission – Earn a percentage of the deal for every business you bring in • Other payment structures available – Open to discussion based on experience and results This is a huge opportunity for someone who either has a strong business network or is eager to prove themselves in lead generation. These services are offered on 3 month or month to month style agreements. Web Design / Optimization - $3,000 one time (price varies depending on complexity) ● Buildout of a Squarespace, Shopify, or Clickfunnels website ● Optimized for conversions ● Integration of any softwares and CRMs where applicable Paid Ads (FB / IG, Google / YT, TikTok) - $2,500 per month + $500 per additional platform ● Cold targeting and retargeting campaigns designed to increase traffic, engagement and sales ● Analytics and tracking setup ● Weekly reporting: Get detailed reports on your progress and performance. ● Minimum of $50 per day ad budget from the business required. SEO / GMB Management - $1,500 per month ● Local SEO: Improve your online visibility to attract local customers. ● Review Management: Build and maintain a positive online reputation. ● Website Optimization: Ensure your website is running efficiently and converting visitors. ● GMB (Google My Business) Optimization: Optimize your Google presence for local search. ● Monthly Reporting: Get detailed reports on your progress and performance
