About the Role: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to produce engaging short and long-form video content, user-generated content (UGC), and manage influencer collaborations to promote our product. This role requires expertise in video production, storytelling, and digital marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality short and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. Develop and execute a UGC strategy, sourcing and curating authentic customer-generated content. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create compelling narratives around the product. Manage the end-to-end video production process, including scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing. Optimize content for SEO and engagement, ensuring it aligns with platform trends and audience behavior. Develop a consistent brand voice and visual style that resonates with our target market. Track and analyze content performance metrics, iterating based on data-driven insights. Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices for influencer marketing. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in video production, social media content creation, or digital marketing. Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.). Proven ability to create viral, trend-driven content for social media. Experience managing UGC campaigns and influencer partnerships. Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and communication skills. Deep understanding of platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with smart home or IoT products. Familiarity with paid media strategies for social amplification. Existing relationships with influencers and content creators in the tech/lifestyle/home automation space. Photography skills and experience in motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
