Job Description We’re a towing company based in Nashville, TN, delivering excellent service daily, but our online presence and reputation do not reflect the quality of our work. We have many positive interactions with customers, but they are not being captured effectively. We are looking for a Social Media & Reputation Manager to enhance our online image, manage our Google Five-Star ratings, and build an engaging social media presence. This role involves working closely with our drivers, owner, and leadership team to showcase the positive aspects of our business and establish a more trustworthy and customer-friendly online identity. Additionally, the candidate will be working with our own reputation management platforms, including WhiteRailReviews.com.
