Marketing Messaging Expert for Customer Outreach & Brand Positioning


We are looking for a marketing messaging expert with experience in insurance, home warranties, or service contracts to help us craft the right messaging to introduce Flush Warranty to our existing Anderson Brothers Sanitation customers. Anderson Brothers has been a trusted septic service provider for over 40 years, and many of our customers rely on us for routine maintenance. Flush Warranty is a natural extension of that service, offering a simple, predictable way to protect their septic system from unexpected repair costs. What is Flush Warranty? Flush Warranty is a comprehensive septic system protection plan designed to give homeowners peace of mind. Instead of dealing with costly, unexpected septic system failures, customers pay a small monthly fee to cover routine maintenance, repairs, and even major system failures. Coverage includes: • Septic tank and leaching field repairs • Routine automatic cleanings (so they never forget to schedule a pump-out) • Coverage for sewer and waste pipes • Optional add-ons for septic ejector pumps • Transferable plans for added home value The goal of Flush Warranty is to make septic system ownership as simple and stress-free as a utility service, ensuring customers never have to worry about unexpected repair costs. Our Goal with this Campaign We want to introduce Flush Warranty the right way—with clear, professional messaging that respects our long-standing relationship with our customers. We want them to see this as an enhanced level of service from the same company they already trust, not something entirely new or unfamiliar. Responsibilities: • Develop messaging for email & SMS campaigns that introduces Flush Warranty in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly way. • Help craft a value-driven narrative that positions Flush Warranty as a natural extension of Anderson Brothers’ service, not a separate entity. • Ensure a seamless, respectful introduction to avoid overwhelming or alienating customers. • Provide guidance on ad messaging for Facebook, Instagram, and Google retargeting (our team will handle the actual ad placement). • Align messaging with the psychology of home protection, peace of mind, and trust-based marketing. • Collaborate with our team to optimize GoHighLevel automations for email & SMS outreach. Requirements: • Experience in insurance, home warranty, or service contract marketing is highly preferred. • Expertise in customer engagement, retention marketing, and warm outreach messaging. • Strong copywriting skills with an emphasis on clear, trust-building language. • Understanding of home protection, service-based marketing, and customer psychology. • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools (preferred).
