fitnesssuperstore.com is looking for a highly motivated Influencer Coordinator to join our team and help manage influencer collaborations for Fitness Superstore. This role is not for influencers but for a coordinator who will identify, engage, and manage relationships with fitness influencers on TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of US-based fitness influencers and experience in influencer outreach, networking, and collaboration management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and vet fitness influencers who align with the brand's image and goals. - Initiate and manage communication with influencers, serving as the primary liaison for Fitness Superstore. - Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating collaboration terms and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. - Coordinate influencer partnerships, including content planning, deadlines, and deliverables. - Track influencer performance and provide data-driven insights on campaign effectiveness. - Stay updated on fitness trends and influencer marketing strategies to optimize outreach. Requirements: - Prior experience in influencer coordination, marketing, or brand partnerships. - A strong existing network of US-based fitness influencers (TikTok & Instagram). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously. - Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and social media best practices. - Ability to track and analyze influencer performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the fitness industry or working with fitness brands. - Previous work in a remote influencer management role. - Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools.
