The spreadsheet needs to: - Calculate various values based on specific dates, including days overdue, upcoming deadlines and duration between events. - Utilize 'traffic light' cell colours to visually represent the status of call values. For instance, if a call is 30+ days overdue, the cell should turn red. - Provide guidance and potential ideas on how to construct a user-friendly dashboard.
