We are looking for a highly skilled, responsive (available), and proactive WordPress Developer to help our agency build, maintain, and optimize websites for our clients. Our websites have a strong focus on good design, proactive high security best practices, ADA compliance, and high performance (speed, SEO). The ideal candidate is a great communicator, highly responsive, and able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues quickly, although we prefer to be proactive with our ongoing maintenance so we don't have any issues. Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress websites following best practices. - Implement security, speed optimization, and SEO strategies. - Manage website updates, patches, and backups. - Update and configure DNS records, domain forwards, and IP address settings. - Work with Cloudflare and other security tools to ensure optimal performance and protection. - Provide timely and clear communication on progress and deadlines. - Solve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
