About You Inclind is seeking an ambitious, well-rounded digital designer for our team. You'll work closely with our team to be the creative leader that invents, iterates and defines the UX/UI for our projects. We want you. Now, back to you! Responsibilities Leading the creative process for project engagements. Creating / presenting design ideas and concepts for digital experiences, primarily websites but occasionally apps. Preparing creative briefs and/or other assets and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders. Producing wireframes (or similar creative definition artifacts) and transforming them into intuitive user interfaces. Collaborating with the technical and analytical teammates to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards. Providing consistency in design, UI/UX and content across all Inclind branded experiences. Improving Inclind's existing marketing / sales assets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field. Proven experience in a professional digital design role. Examples of previous digital design work (in the wild) to showcase experience and creativity. Solid knowledge of design software programs, primarily Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Comfortable making page edits in [or familiarity with] WordPress and/or Drupal. This can be as much or as little as you want it to be!
