We're a designer-developer team struggling with our Figma-to-code workflow using Flowbite and Tailwind. We need someone experienced to: - Show us the best way to use the Flowbite Figma design library (we have Flowbite Pro) - Guide us on efficiently converting Figma designs to working code - Provide 2-3 short coaching sessions to establish a clear workflow Who We're Looking For - Frontend developer with hands-on Flowbite/Tailwind experience - Someone who understands both the design and development sides - Clear communicator who can explain practical workflows - Available for a few hours initially, with potential follow-up questions To Apply Tell us about: - Your experience with Tailwind/Flowbite projects - How you handle the Figma-to-code process - When you could meet in the next two weeks Additional info: This project is built on a lightweight PHP setup using https://github.com/EFTEC/BladeOne for templating, with Vite managing the frontend build process. We're using TailwindCSS v4 for styling, Flowbite Pro for components, and Alpine.js for interactivity. We're just getting started with this stack and are open to adjustments—Flowbite Pro and PHP are fixed, but we’re flexible on everything else, including potentially swapping out BladeOne or Alpine.js if there's a better fit. The existing site is built on Bootstrap and jQuery, so that familiarity has influenced our current direction.
