Ongoing Web Developer Position for US E-commerce Psychedelic Brand (Javascript & PHP Expert)

Hi talented developers. I have 3 highly customized PHP/Javacript Wordpress WooCommerce sites, custom built on Elementor, that sell products in the emerging psychedelic industry. About 50k visitors a month. I need a talented, reliable, fast and readily available full stack developer to manage the sites on an ongoing basis. There will be a solid amount of work for you every week (about 5 to 20 hrs/week). We're part of an exciting new and emerging industry and are a Certified B-corp—we donate profits to research being done on psychedelic therapy. Tasks might include: -pixel perfect front-end website development -making new, highly customized website pages -completely redesigning/overhauling current pages -payment processor integration issues -site security -SEO optimization -all sorts of woocommerce issues Qualities I'm looking for: -US based -extreme attention to detail -quick and thorough responses during working hours -genius full-stack developer w/ expertise in PHP/Javascript and general custom coding -ability to prioritize tasks for my sites (if you're near your limit for clients then it might not be a good fit) -honest -ability to find and execute cost-effective solutions for issues without racking up too many hours on a specific issue. I realize this is counterintuitive for an hourly employee but your hourly-rate and skill level should reflect your ability to handle things quickly & efficiently.
