This role involves direct client communication, so strong presentation skills and fluency in English are essential. Requirements: - Advanced in Figma - Can join weekly client calls - Can have video and great audio quality on client calls - Must speak fluent English Web Strategy - Conduct a 60-minute strategy call with the client to understand their goals. - Create a wireframe UI/UX solutions in Figma. - Come up with a website sitemap - Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights using tools such as Hotjar, WEVO and Heatmaps. - Present the wireframe and strategy on a client call. - Clearly explain why design choices support business objectives. Web Design - Very advanced in Figma - Knows Figma components and advanced techniques very well - Can present the design to the client on a call - Speak to why you designed the way you did
