We’re looking for a technically proficient and systems-minded individual to take over ongoing maintenance and optimization of our Airtable-based system. You’d be inheriting pre-existing infrastructure that needs occasional fixes, performance optimizations, and enhancements based on the long-term stabilization strategy. You’ll be responsible for executing technical work based on the product roadmap. This role is primarily focused on implementation and upkeep. The system includes automations (via Airtable + Make), scripting blocks (JavaScript), and integrations with G-Suite and external APIs. You should be comfortable navigating complex ecosystems and troubleshooting errors. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot existing Airtable bases, including: Bug fixes Interface layout updates Database clean-up and configuration Monitor error logs, debug issues, and improve error-handling mechanisms across scripts and automations Create minor enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and internal tickets. Tickets need to be responded to within 24 hours. Manage and improve integrations with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and 3rd-party APIs Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and prioritize fixes and enhancements Maintain and update documentation Requirements 2+ years Airtable experience, including complex base design, scripting, and automations Proficient in JavaScript (especially debugging and working within Airtable's scripting environment) Experience with Make (Integromat), Glide, and webhooks Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and their APIs (i.e. Contacts, Calendar) Ability to read and work with API documentation Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly understand workflows, dependencies, and business processes. Plus if you have worked in the AirTable environment within the entertainment industry.
