About the Opportunity: Position Overview We’re seeking a Sr Blockchain Engineer for a part-time, equity + cash bonuses when milestones are completed. About the Role As a Sr Blockchain Engineer, you’ll drive our technical innovation by designing and implementing distributed ledger solutions. You’ll work with blockchain platforms, smart contracts, and integration technologies, providing hands-on development and architectural leadership. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, strategic, and can mentor others while setting technical standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop blockchain applications and smart contracts • Optimize and troubleshoot blockchain networks • Implement security best practices • Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems • Mentor engineers and stay updated on blockchain advancements Required Qualifications • 5+ years of software engineering, 3+ years in blockchain • Expertise in blockchain fundamentals, consensus, and cryptography • Experience with smart contract development and a major blockchain platform (Base, Ethereum, Solana, etc.) • Proficiency in web3 libraries and dApps • Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or enterprise blockchain • Knowledge of layer 2 solutions or tokenomics • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects If you’re passionate about blockchain innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
