Convert site to mobile friendly site

This project is to convert the current website into a mobile-friendly site. Work is partially completed. However, I need a developer with CSS expertise who can work within Azure DevOps to make some additional changes to the HTML and integrate the CSS. There is also an admin area of the site to allow users who are logged in to change the colors (request colors). The design and wireframe will be provided in a Miro Board. A person on the back end will actually make the updates. Please ask me any questions you have. Azure experience is required. Deploying and developing.
