We’re a fast-moving automotive digital agency that deploys a smart CDP, email, and personalization stack using Blueshift, Tekion CRM, and GA4. We need a skilled freelancer to help with the following: You’ll Work On: 1. Data Integration & ETL Experience Proven experience integrating data from: CRMs Offline systems Cloud Data Warehouses Other MarTech platforms 2. API Expertise Proficient in working with RESTful APIs (both as consumer and developer) Ability to authenticate and authorize with OAuth2, API keys, tokens, etc. Experience in: Building custom connectors/integrations Automating API calls and error handling Handling rate limits, pagination, retries, etc. 3. CDP Platform Knowledge Hands-on experience with one or more CDPs Familiarity with identity resolution, profile unification, and event-based tracking Understanding of event schema design and user identity mapping 4. Scripting & Data Manipulation Experience with Python or JavaScript for API scripts or automation Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions) JSON/CSV/XML transformation and validation 5. Marketing Tech & Tag Management Requirement: Experience with marketing automation platforms Familiarity with tag managers Knowledge of web and mobile SDKs a plus 6. Data Governance & Security Requirement: Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) Experience with PII management, secure data transfer, and access control
