Need to Speed up website from "Eliminate Rendor Blocking" & Unused CSS

This pandemic has been really brutal & I have been trying to hold on during financial difficult times. I'm a pro wedding photographer in a really crowded field in Maui Hawaii. I used to kick ass making a 100 grand a year but those days are long gone unfortunately Now fighting for survival & of course being a small business owner have to wear ALL THE HATS.. So for many years I was placing on page one or page two for most of the important key words for my field. Then I had an issue with my website & I dropped the ball. I have been doing most of the work on my website but not all of it, Now my placement is a mixed bag with "Maui engagement photographer" placing at 16 with "Maui wedding photographer" placing on the fourth page. Running Gt Metrix I am actually doing well with A's across the board, BUT with slow performance on speed. On google Page Speed I am not doing well especially with mobile. With mobile I an getting F's & C's with desktop. The page size from Gt Metrix is only 1.14 MB so the page is not a big page but the CSS render blocking issues & "Cumulative Layout Shift" seem to be the culprits. The main issue I see is lots of bloat ! My main goal in fixing my webpage is to get better placement ahead of my competitors & of course get more work! So right now I don't have a lot of money, but I'm willing to pay an hourly to fix these issues to get my webpage performing better & ultimately placing better. Can you help out please?
