Project Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Teachable LMS specialist to review and enhance our online course titled Criminal Defense Essentials. The course is already structured, uploaded, and functional — this is not a build-from-scratch project. Instead, we want a professional who can audit the course flow, polish the user experience, and improve overall presentation and learner engagement. About LawMates: LawMates is a startup that connects law firms with trained legal support professionals and provides training for individuals entering the legal field. Our course is a key offering and will be bundled with real-world work experience opportunities. The course must reflect the professionalism and clarity that we offer our clients and students. What You’ll Do: Conduct a full review of the course inside Teachable Evaluate and optimize lesson structure, quiz formatting, and course navigation Improve visual flow and consistency (naming, layout, spacing) Recommend and implement usability improvements Test the course as a learner (especially navigation and completion logic) Deliverables: A polished, professionally structured course that is intuitive and consistent A short Loom video or document explaining key improvements you made Skills Required: Expert-level experience with Teachable Strong understanding of LMS flow, usability, and learner experience Ability to work independently and suggest thoughtful improvements Bonus: Background in course design or vocational/legal education Please include: A short note about your experience with Teachable or similar platforms Links to any past course optimization work (screenshots or Looms are fine)
