Power BI Developer – Part-Time @ DUDE Wipes Remote | Part-Time | Report-to-Report Basis At DUDE Wipes, we don’t just clean butts — we clean up data messes too. And right now, we need someone who can help us make sense of the numbers behind the #1 (and #2) brand in the wipe game. We’re looking for a part-time Power BI wizard to jump in on a report-to-report basis. Think of it like a freelance flush — whenever a new business question gets dropped on us, we need someone who can plunge in and pull out the insights. What You’ll Do: Work with the business operations team to define report needs Build intuitive, visually polished Power BI dashboards using raw datasets Develop clean data models using best practices (star schema, relationships, measures) Ensure reports are accessible, insightful, and easy for stakeholders to navigate Occasionally wrangle some messy data — and make it behave Deliver reports that make our decision-making faster, smarter, and more DUDE Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and sources What We’re Looking For: Strong experience creating Power BI reports from the ground up Solid understanding of DAX, data modeling, and Power Query Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow Strong communication skills — both visual (in reports) and verbal Bonus if you have experience with CPG financial, sales, or operational reporting Why This Role Rocks: Part-time & flexible: Work when and where you want — we just care about quality and deadlines Project-based: No long-term commitment, just hop in when there’s something to build Remote-friendly: You can work from home, the road, or the porcelain throne — we’re not judging Laid-back team: We’re fun, fast, and not big on corporate fluff
