Job Description: BenefitHub is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Excel Trainer to provide excel training to managers and leaders on mid-level techniques utilizing mid-level Excel skills, to include pivot tables and the like. As an Excel Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging Excel training sessions, for mid-level skilled team members. You'll help learners build practical skills in data analysis, reporting, automation, and visualization using Microsoft Excel. We will provide practical, real-life applications to use in your training to aid in the teams learning. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver Excel training sessions (virtual) • Customize training materials based on audience needs • Provide hands-on exercises and real-world examples • Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback • Provide learning on updated, latest Excel features and trends Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in Excel training or tutoring • Advance-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, PivotTables, Power Query, macros, utilizing business data to create appropriate training etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms • Experience with online teaching tools (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms) • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is a plus Preferred Experience: • Corporate training experience • Knowledge of Excel VBA/macros • Background in data analysis or business intelligence
