Google Maps Help - Wrong Directions

Just looking for 20 minutes to an hour of consulting chat with a Google Maps pro. I have a coffee business in Hawaii. When customers navigate to my business they are directed to enter the neighboring businesses parking lot. This is causing an issue with property management as customers are parking next door and walking over to my business. Extra Details: When you navigate to my business address you are given the correct directions. If you type in my businesses name and navigate you are given incorrect directions. Ive even added the correct road which was accepted by Google. I have moved the pin location that does not help. Ive submitted support feedback with no luck either. I need help resolving this issue :(
