We’re a high-end remodeling and construction company based in Seattle, WA, looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist who understands the home remodeling market and can guide our internal marketing team with high-level insights, strategies, and hands-on consulting. Your Role: - Act as a senior advisor to our part-time in-house marketer and system architect - Help develop and refine our overall marketing strategy (online + offline) - Analyze performance across channels and advise on what to double down on, pause, or test next - Give feedback on our messaging, positioning, content direction, and campaign focus - Help create a clear roadmap for growth, with measurable KPIs tied to lead generation, not just views or clicks You’re a Great Fit If You: - Have proven marketing experience in the remodeling, construction, or home services space (U.S.-based preferred) - Understand the importance of conversion-driven content and not just engagement - Know how to work with (and lead) a small marketing team - Can review performance metrics and translate them into clear action steps - Bring creative ideas + growth-minded thinking, but also value structure and analytics Engagement: - 5–10 hours/month to start (ongoing) - Regular async reviews + 1–2 strategy calls/month -------- !!!
