BUSINESS CONCEPT Rehab Squared, is a fixer-upper specialty service. Strategically designed to consolidate three fragmented transaction stakeholders: residential renovation, fixer-upper real estate, and home improvement retail materials. A dynamic one stop shop start-up when buying, selling or renovating existing fixer real estate: The concept converges at the intersection of pro services, property assessment, and scope of work development that includes: design, construction, & project management labor, along with all material and subcontractor requirements. Rehab Squared is a concierge inspired marketplace and community where users called residents are empowered whether personally or professionally to live how they dream!
