The Role: CTO We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to spearhead our technology vision and drive product development. You’ll be guiding a team of top-notch engineers while diving into the code, architecture, and tech strategy. As CTO, you’ll partner closely with our founder (a “kickass” product creator) to align the product roadmap and ensure we meet both short- and long-term milestones. Key Responsibilities - Technical Leadership: Own architecture decisions, validate the tech stack, and guide the overall development process for current and future product versions. - Hands-On Development: Be deeply involved in coding and code reviews, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and reliability. - Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented group of front-end, back-end, and DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and product/design teams to translate the product vision into actionable development sprints. - Growth & Funding: Play a critical role in investor discussions, articulating our technology roadmap and strategy as we prepare for seed funding. - Innovation & Security: Bring fresh ideas on privacy, encryption, and the latest in cybersecurity tech to keep our platform secure and ahead of the curve.
