# Creative Social Media Producer **Location:** Austin, TX (Hybrid) --- ## The Role We're seeking a Creative to lead and manage the personal brand of our founder. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can handle end-to-end content creation—from **ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing**—across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You'll be responsible for developing a compelling content engine that builds reputation, drives inbound opportunities, and positions the founder as a thought leader in the web design space. --- ## Job Function & KPIs ### Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a full-funnel social media content strategy - Produce high-quality, engaging short-form video content weekly - Script and storyboard content aligned with current trends - Manage all posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement - Track analytics and continuously improve creative strategy - Capture footage locally in Austin (in-person shoots required) - Stay on top of trends and apply them in real time ### Performance will be measured by: - Growth in platform reach, views, and follower count - Post frequency and content quality - Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments, saves) - Lead generation and inbound inquiries tied to content - Responsiveness to feedback and trend application --- ## Required Skills & Experience ### Required: - 2+ years in a content creator, videographer, or social media role - Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) - Confident on set with camera equipment, audio, lighting, etc. - Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, and creative scripting - Deep familiarity with trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts - Ability to self-manage and run a consistent production schedule ### Helpful but not required: - Familiarity with marketing, entrepreneurship, or the agency space - On-camera or voiceover experience - Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) - Light copywriting for captions, hooks, and titles --- ## Compensation Structure - Full-time or freelance depending on fit - Competitive monthly retainer or salary depending on scope - Bonus opportunities based on performance metrics --- ## Other Details - Must be based in Austin, TX with ability to meet in person weekly - Hybrid: Remote editing / scripting + in-person shoots as needed - Flexible hours with deliverable-based expectations - Reports directly to Max Sher
