YouTube Marketing Manager

I have a YouTube channel with original songs combined with slideshows. Many are politically progressive and provocative. I need someone to do outreach so that more people visit the site and hear the songs. My goal is to encourage people to take action as the United States tumbles down a right-wing rabbit hole. Many of the songs would be appropriate for films, documentaries and campaigns. If it's possible to place them in films, that would be a plus.
