We're a full-service marketing agency looking for an experienced, versatile designer for ad-hoc design requests. We'd love to find someone else who is reliable to take on some of our overflow work, and could eventually turn into a more regular go-to for the team. Company Overview: Our clients span diverse industries (healthcare, clean tech, manufacturing, etc), providing you with an exciting variety of projects and creative challenges. This freelance position will be part-time and on an as-needed basis, perfect for an experienced designer seeking flexible work. Role & Responsibilities: - Produce high-quality design deliverables across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media graphics, and presentation materials. - Adapt existing creative concepts into a wide variety of production-ready assets. - Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. - Ensure all designs align with the clients' brand guidelines and project objectives. - Support quick-turnaround projects with strong attention to detail and efficiency. Work may involve: * Logo design * Branding guidelines * Social Media Ads & Posts * Blog post designs * Presentation/Deck design * Video Story Boarding & Concepting * & More Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Designer/Production Designer, within agency environments or as an in-house designer. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and experience in creative and production design. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and responsiveness. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with digital platforms and basic knowledge of web design (we use Figma). - Familiarity with motion graphics or animation a plus.
