Skilled illustrator and graphic designer for spoof of picture book -- not for publication

Hi. I am interested working together with an individual with skills as illustrator and graphic artist to spoof a published picture book. I will provide the text, but need someone to add illustrations that are both in keeping with the original (simple lines and colors) and also add to it a divergent look--illustrations that pop. Warning... This is political. And this is a bit funny/crass. This project is only for personal use--not for sale, but I want the full rights (with attribution if you like). A typical children's picture book has 32 pages, with around 28 illustrations or 14 spreads. Here is a typical layout. I would like to have these illustrations done in 2-3 months. I'm glad to chat more about the project. With regard to compensation, I will negotiate for the whole project rather than by the hour.
