We are a General Liability insurance carrier for YMCAs. We are attending their largest tradeshow of the year. For our booth this year, we would like to highlight the significant increase in claims payouts pre and post-COVID. Our 3 most frequent claims are peer to peer abuse, aquatics incidents, and Slip, Trip, and Falls. We plan to have 3 large floor easels, each easel holding a 24 x 36 poster board. Each poster board will have 2 images bleeding off the board. One image at the top and one image at the bottom. Each image will represent what happened in the claim. Then, below each image will be a very short caption that outlines some details of the claim. I'm envisioning this to look like what you may see at a museum....an image with a short caption. For example, one poster board will be our peer to peer abuse claims. The first image represents the claim from 2017 (pre-COVID) and the second image represents the claim from 2023 (post-Covid) The claims are *similar*, but the 2023 claim paid out significantly more. What I need from you... the design for each of these poster boards. All 3 of them will have the same design--- landscape, 2 images and 2 captions. We also want the attendees to guess how much each claim paid, so I'll need room for 3 small rectangles with different dollar amounts to be velcroed to the board, and then a spot next to each image for them to place the "correct" dollar amount. I will share our brand website, so you can see our font, colors, and logo. I will also send you the images for each of the poster boards.
